Return Policy

For all purchases made on www.coddleinc.com.  You may return UNOPENED and UNUSED merchandise within two weeks of purchase.  Proof of purchase is required.  We will refund or exchange the returned merchandise after inspection provided the product has not been tampered with and that it is suitable for resale. 

However, you need to pay for shipping and handling again for all exchanges. 

We will refund or exchange the goods per your request, less the credit card or PayPal processing charges as well as the shipping and handling expenses.

In all cases, please mail the merchandise along with its original receipt to:

It may take up to 30 days for unregistered Paypal account to see the refund amount being credited back into your bank account.
